Help & FAQ

How do I check for stuck pixels?

Stuck pixels are easy to find when neighbouring pixels are black. Stuck pixels appear as bright red, green, blue, yellow, teal, purple or white points on a black background.

  1. Clean the screen with lint free cloth.
  2. Click here to open a black window.
  3. Press F11 to activate full screen mode or drag the window slowly around the screen.
  4. Keep a mental note of where coloured points lie.

If you find any, use JScreenFix to fix stuck pixels.
